Secret Recipe Hutan Kampung — Restaurant in Kedah

Two nights ago, I took my youngest son and wife to the Secret Recipe at Jalan Hutan Kampung for a dinner surprise. Unfortunately, we were quite shocked to find that only 3 to 4 items were available from the entire menu. And we also noticed that there was hand written paper on the door saying about the cake for the slice but we just ignored it.

It was very disappointing, especially since we chose this location over the one near our home in Jitra, hoping for a different atmosphere and experience. There was only one other table occupied, with about 7 to 8 people, yet we were not given any explanation for the limited menu options.

This SR, provide quite fast service. But they had issues in communication between them(employee). After scan the member code, thought I can use the promotion given for the member as what I have ordered. But turn out, I need to pay as usual(without) the promotion as they said, I did not told them earlier. And at last the cashier, can said, (not sure he bluffing or not) that the promotion already limited for that day🙄. Hello, since when u limited promotion, when I just ordered at 12N and your shop only open at 10am. No compensation given.
