Panmour Villa Klang — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

On September 28th morning Saturday about 0800am , i called the front office informing them that the water pressure in the room is very low & there is no warm water . Until i am about to take a shower at about 1100am , its still not look into & no one came to inform me if the problem have been solved . I called again & saying i need to take a shower before going out . Then only they start taking actions, bringing pail of water for my shower & etc . As it was a Saturday , they told me that the hotel manager is off & no one come to apologise for the invonvenience at all . Maintenance in hotel is bad . Air ventilation is stuck with lots of dust . Will not be checking in this...

Ive been regular to this hotel since 2018 under my shipping company. The rooms really need some refurbishment. Its really aeging with time. Its 2024 now. . The hotel has always been occuppied by ship crews from my shipping company so i assume the hotel is making profits. A little refurbishment to the rooms could be nice the cafe downstairs has been refurbished and looking new and fresh and food quality and taste is good. Im fan for their nasi...

Wifi not available at our room on 3rd floor. I'm very dissapointed. However for room at other site on 3rd floor got wifi and it is superfast (the side above The Brew Lab cafe). Ventilation in bathroom seem like not function. Room are spacious. Shower water pressure very high (love it). Aircond work well. Free chanel tv available. Plenty convenience store nearby. Good location. Got elevator/lift. If wifi available...
