Foo Chuan Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Deserve 0 star for the bad service and arrogant attitude (young boss), even told us to leave. We reserved a 8pm table for 7pax and arrived early to not affect the reservation. But when it was 8pm, they gave the table to the party that came after us who also booked 8pm. I confronted the young boss, he said it was because they already ordered the dishes and he provoked, "who asked you to not order the dishes first?" He kept telling us booking was to prioritize only but still I had to wait until the next table leave just like a walk in. He then changed the reason from "you didn't order dishes in advance" to "you only got 7 pax, they got 13". It was the worst experience we ever had being a regular here, so disappointed they let this young man serve people like this. Got good business but bad management at upper level. Too busy and fully occupied is the reason you shout back to your customer? Our family was saying that this is the last visit and he overheard us which led to him telling us to "leave"....

Rather huge Chinese style seafood restaurant, located next to one of the main roads of Klang city. There are sittings at 2nd floor as well, mainly for reservation customers, in huge groups. Plenty of seats too at ground floor, with several tables located outdoor. Overall, the restaurant is clean, well maintained and in good condition.

Quite crowded especially during peak hours & seasons. Quite pressure eating as people waiting around the tables, for you to go away in order to get the table. Hopefully the restaurant could have better system to control the crowd.

Food overall is delicious and plenty of selections especially the seafood dishes. Besides ordering dishes to come with rice, they also offer ala-carte dishes such as fried rice, fried noodles, etc. Price rather reasonable, but portion rather small.

Their service was efficient with food coming out from the kitchen quickly, only took 10mins to get our dishes to be served. Staffs were friendly...

I have family dinner with 3pax, order crab, mantis prawn, prawns ball broccoli and French beans, the taste is stingy and bland. The crab gravy was so little that I cannot even dip the crab meat inside. The cooking is so bad that I will never ever taste again. The French beans are hardy taste sweet but taste like dry bean. The prawns used are farmed prawn which again taste very soft, not firm and sponge. Aka the skill of foreigners cook is questionable and the local men are just a show case but he do the supervisor job. The kitchen is open door where you can see who is cooking the dishes for you. House fly is a nuisance too. Just another let down for my past 30 years in dinning outside restaurants from premium to budget. Anyway I spend 87/head and the food taste so bad.
