So damn hard to get to this hotel! The alley was too small, I kept missed the junction. No valet staff, only security in charge of the VIP parking. RM10 per day was cheap. But the security's explanation was confusing. It took me maybe 10 minutes just to understand the flow. Just say pay lump sum rm30 for 3days la. No need to pusing ayat back and forth. Check in process was smooth. The staff (Chinese guy) were helpful with the hotel's information. He answered all my inquiries & questions with manners. I can understand clearly all his explanations. The room I'm in was the superior. It's spacious, great view especially at night, clean & tidy. The MyNews cashier was friendly. The room service was the worst of all! I called for room service but the F&B person was rude. I have to call them twice (had to call the operator first then they'll forward it to F&B) He sounds like a foreigner. I spoke in both Malay & English but he seems hard to understand. The way he asked for payment method was rude when I clearly said that it was room charge as I've already pre authorised those charges to my CC. He turn off the line (again!) without me finished my words. After a while he called my room to confirm again the payment method. The next morning I called again for room service to order breakfast but he told me to get breakfast downstairs at their cafe. I didn't add breakfast to my booking coz I want to have it in my room, quietly & peacefully. But the F&B staff was not efficient, rude & too lazy. Did not helping at all! The check out process was ok. The staff was not friendly. Maybe she's not in the mood because of her pregnancy. Good place to stay? 50/50 Repeat?...
Read moreI recently stayed on 13 Jun for a few days with my friends during the seminar, and while I chose this location near my seminar place, I found the cleanliness standards lacking. This was the major downside of my stay. The room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. The bed sheet Dirt remained and the pillow had a smell, I couldn't sleep! The next morning I asked them to change for me. during the stay, I realized they didn't clean the room and bathroom do not change their floor towel! outside the waiting lift area, the table is very dusty! This my suggestion Invest in more thorough training for housekeeping staff on attention to detail. Areas like corners, under furniture, and bathroom fixtures should receive more attention during cleaning routines. Implement regular inspections by supervisors to ensure that rooms meet a higher standard of cleanliness before guests check in. This could include using checklists to cover all areas that need cleaning. The signboard guiding vehicles into the hotel was not clear, which affected its readability. Moreover, during nighttime, the lack of adequate lighting compounded the problem, making it challenging for drivers to identify the entrance promptly. Install additional lighting around the signboard to improve visibility during nighttime arrivals. This will help drivers navigate the entrance more safely and efficiently. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the view of the signboard from the road, allowing drivers to spot it easily from a distance. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the arrival experience for guests, ensuring they can easily find their way to the hotel entrance without any...
Read moreGood day to all. We have been a regular customer to Premier Hotel Klang for a number of years. Basically the location is why we had chose Premier Hotel alongside with our close friends staying near by and also there is this Aeon Shopping Mall nearby. In these many many years we had become very close and comfortable with most of the employees especially in the front office. We had Miss Sinthushaa Gunalan, Mr Puvan and Mr Yong that we frequently meet while checking in most of the time we checked in almost midnight because of travelling from Penang. Hey we dearly wanted to express our gratitude to mainly Miss Sinthu, Mr Puvan and Mr Yong for always there for us. We arrived tired, sleepy and we just wished we can jump into the bed and have a good sleep. That is what these three people Miss Sinthu, Mr Puvan and Mr Yong did. Most of the time we checked into our room very fast. At times we received fruits baskets and also anniversary cakes from them. It is not about the gifts that matter. It is the sincerelity plus the compassion these individue has for us. They are so kind, so humble, so polite, so well manner and they are so adapting to our situation so helpful. A very BIG THANK YOU to Miss Sinthu,Mr Puvan and Mr Yong for your kindness. Mainly that is why we kept coming back to Premier Hotel Klang.
