A&W Petronas Bandar Bukit Tinggi — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Waited 45 minutes for a single piece of waffle and a glass of root beer without ice cream. Only started making the waffle when reminded them. Staffs weren’t attentive, taking their own sweet time to prepare meals. Hygiene of the place was terrible, staffs did not clean the place even after customers had requested them to. When they finally did, the job was halfway done and they even threw rubbish on the floor in front of me when I passed over a trash from the table to them. Manager and some staffs were impolite, showing a temper and speaking to us in a rude manner. Nice A&W restaurant that is located inside Petronas Bukit Tinggi, which is very convenient. The restaurant is clean, and in order as they just completed their renovation. There are not many seats here but should be sufficient. Overall, the restaurant is in good shape.

However, there is not many staffs working here, only 1 person doing all the job at the counter: taking order, payment collection, preparing food for customer, baking pancakes & beverages preparation (including float for root beer). This cause longer waiting time. Hopefully they could have more staffs here, to ease out the poor guy working alone here (bravo to him as he is not taking any...

Wow..New appearance.. Nicely decorated & kept clean !

Tried their new flavors (chicken was good but not the sundae with sambal) spoiled my appetite !

Service was extremely slow but they did their best..not very crowd at lunch hour yet, we waited very long…Junior staffs who served us need more brush ups..we had to come back to collect the rice as they missed out to place in the paper bag.. but it’s ok we understand, since it’s puasa/ramadan month !

Very easy & convenient parking lots just right next to the restaurant.

Will definitely come back for their Clooney burger, onion rings...
