I only type reviews when I've had an unjustifiable experience, and this restaurant is one of it. The service was horrendous, waiters themselves are clueless with the orders, none of them being able to communicate in English.

The waiter single-handedly made it worse by recommending the Banana Leaf Combo Menu, which is a recipe for disaster as there were too many selections. They themselves are confused with the menu, causing orders to be served with missing dishes.

I had to call the waiters for about 7 times, with each dish taking about 10 minutes to arrive while customers that came later were served faster. The total waiting time was a staggering 1 hour 10 minutes, compared to the promised 30 minutes by the waiter. The waiter said the briyani will arrive first, but the turnout was 2nd last.

Was hoping the food to combat this jaw-dropping service, but just to be served a laughable portion of food for a RM20 price tag. Food was below average, unnecessarily spicy. The papadam was soggy when arrived, and the briyani rice was bland.

Only come here if you want to be dissappointed. Never trust the 4+...

Normally i won’t give any reviews to any restaurants. But this restaurant made me to give some reviews. The food taste was top notch i love the seeraga samba chicken briyani very much😭🫶🏻 The service is really not good because maybe many people lah im not sure. The drink itself they took more than 30 mins to serve. And my brother ordered chicken 65 briyani they took more thn 40 to 50 mins to served. My mom and my aunt ordered for thali meal set the waiter told it took time around 15 to 20 mins to serve thali meal and we said okay and order. Since the thali meal set vege the side dish they ordered vanjaram fish fry. But the thing is almost waited for more than 40 mins for the thali meal set the vanjaram fish fry they served but thali meal havent arrived after waited almost 1 hour. So we dissapointed and we wanted to cancel they said cant cancel. At last however we’ve cancelled the thali set. The food tastes all good especially they briyani’s. All we want is good and fastest service. We went there on mothers day 12 may 2024....

We decided to try out this branch for first time. Its a big and spacious restaurant with ample parking space. In the menu there were variety of dishes. Unfortunately, they said no to idiyappam, thosai, noodles, and white rice (maybe because we ordered at 9.30pm). So we ordered Parotta & Cheese Naan. The naan was nice, soft and tasty but they said the Naan gravy finished. So they gave the same gravy they gave for Parotta. I would have appreciated if this was informed earlier during ordering. The Parotta was also nice and fluffy, but it tastes more like a ready-made one. Then we ordered Hot Water, we were told that the machine broke down, so they couldnt serve Hot Water. I asked them how would they prepare hot drinks then, they said that Hot Water is not RO water. Was surprised, but I am glad at leady they were honest. Maybe this branch is still in early days, I would say the Sentosa branch is...
