Burger King KL Traders Square — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

After a long time I decided to visit Burger King, out of all outlet this outlet has more positive review. First their payment system wont work, luckily T&G Wallet worked, we had to fiddle with the system for 15-20 mins as they cant give my food until the payment is done. Burger was hot, no lettuce seems pretty flat. The brand has lost focus on quality rather just open more franchise/outlet. Somehow we ate and later I wanted to pack one meal for my wife, it was 10:20 PM, based on their outlet timing it supposed to be open until 11:00pm. However the staff declared its closed, I insisted if she could make at least a burger, she told me all burger finished expect Beef, knowing I am Indian she shut my request. That was kind of slap on my face. After this I will never go to that outlet and Burger King as brand. I know that no one will read my review or take any action. Due to one outlet staff behavior entire brand reputation is going to drain.

I went to McD to buy meal for my wife, it was cheap/fast and open !!! Good Luck...

The relatively expensive burgers I bought, which were around RM18 or more, were wrapped in paper rather than cartons. For some reason, some of the cheaper burgers are packaged in paper boxes, which makes it more pleasing. Even if you want to use paper packaging, please choose a higher quality and more attractive paper packaging design instead of using that simple paper packaging that spoiled the sauce dip on it.

Regarding ice cream, I see that your ice cream maker is the same brand as McDonalds. However, the quality of your ice cream cannot compete with McDonald's. Your soft serve can be considered as ice "cubes" instead of ice "frosting". Hopefully, you can offer your customers better tasting ice cream not "slurpee" on a...

Edited 2022: after pandemic service is much better. Make sure you get the coupons from 99 Speedmart to get great deals. No more flies everywhere and cleanliness has improved 100 times. this has definitely become one of our favourite joints.

prior to pandemic: This joint service is quite slow. Flies everywhere do I tend to take out only. Rather not sit at the diner to share my meal with the pesky flies. I can't say if the food quality is the same as other Burger King joints but the size of the burgers have definitely shrunk of late.
