Firstly, I recommend everyone to stay here. Be it a night, or more. Affordable prices for all. Makesure to book thru Oyo App for better deal. Clean exterior and interior. Superb front desk staff. Friendly, helpful and fast service although there's walkin guest inquiry about room availability. What i love about it is that, there's a waiting section, a book reading corner + wifi area + work station area and there's a pantry for all guest usage. Yes, pantry!!!! OMG....it feels like home..very much alike home. Sometimes i just lazy to go out and just wanna have a cup of maggie with eggs. Well, u have it all here. There's a coffee,tea section with sugar too. No need to buy from outside! Room size is spacious too. Makesure to choose the one with window. Toilet sparkling clean. Bed,duvet,mattress cover superb clean and smell just like its come out from laundry. No weird smell in room cos its a non smoking hotel. Yes! TV channel work perfectly. Location is great too. Nearby to mamak shop. Duty free shop. Overall, Excellent and beyond expectations! Ohhh...before i forget, there's a quiet time from 10.00pm - 8.00 am. I was in Labuan, Sabah on a business trip. This was the 4th time I stay in this hotel.||I chose to stay at deluxe queen room with windows. Charges of the room was RM105.||||Here’re what I like about this hotel:||1) Everything looks new.||2) Locate in center of Labuan town.||3) Nearby supermarket, harbor, restaurant, taxi station, duty free shop and many more, 5 minute walking distance from room.||4) Comfort and clean room.||5) Very spacious room and moderate size toilet.||6) Free wifi, speed and respond of internet are good.||7) Self-service pantry with many kinds of drinks, unlimited supply Bread were served too, operate 24 hours. Drinks and bread can be taken back to room.||8) Small common area next to pantry for those who wish to drink and eat there.||9) Friendly receptionist.||10) Sufficient amount of switch socket outlet for charging your gadget.||11) Well equipped: TV, hot water shower, air-conditioning unit, bottle water, and toiletries, etc.||||Here’re some downside of this motel:||1) Hotel located at shoplot, therefore parking space is limited during working hour.||2) Steps of staircase is small.||3) No elevator.||||Definitely will stay here again during my next...

Booked a room for 2 nights for 1-3 Dec 2022 via Agoda on 22 Sept 22. Booking confirmed completed and paid . Received email today ( 2 days before check in that Hotel is fully booked and they are unable to accommodate ..... Very very disappointed with this last minute cancellation .... Whose fault is this ? Agoda or Labuan Avenue ? The fact remains ..... You left us in Bad taste and we are the victims ... After the response from the owner . Obviously it's an auto generated apology without any sincerity. Our bookings were cancelled on the eleventh hour although it has been confirmed and fully paid . We did not stay there and as such our stay did not materialise and that we are less than satisfied with our stay . The hotel is very irresponsible with the bookings and took the easy way out by not accomodating our bookings ...... Although confirmed and paid 2 1/2mths in advanced . Very very...
