KFC Labuan 1 — Restaurant in Labuan

First complaint. Service was horrible. There was a long line on a busy day, and I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to reach my turn, despite having all 6 counters open. Not only that, the cashier even forgot my order and gave me the wrong items that I ordered. First strike.

Second time. It says 24 hours. And the thing with 24 hours is you have to always be online. I walked in with no cash but RM10 and opted to pay with card. And the cashier rudely mentioned to me CASH ONLY. I told him that I didnt carry cash and only debit card, and he still said “CASH ONLY”. What a disgrace. Whoever wants to pay with card, please go somewhere else like McD where they accept card even though late at night. I walked out immediately. Probably not gonna come back again for poor service.

Been here quite a number of times for dine in & take away. All i can say is it was satisfactory overall. Clean & the menu section got a lot of variety and i never encounter them saying this 1 got no stock and so on. Another thing is, its upgraded already got the self order kiosk where you can take your time making your order then can make payment via apple pay/credit/debit directly at the kiosk or can still go to the normal cash route at the counter. Bought take away dinner plate combo for dinner. I requested for chicken thighs but I got chicken drumsticks instead. The biggest disappointment is that the chicken drumsticks are like refried one. I made this conclusion because of the taste and texture of the chicken meat. The fried chicken is very salty. Too much salt is bad for health.
