Hmmmmmm. Where to start. I’ll try really hard to keep this short but it’s gonna be really tricky. From the outset on email with the Semporna Scuba Junkie office. Ash, Ali, CiCi, Evi on the phone and then Dave in person. All excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and importantly very personable. P.S Thx for not punching me Dave. I didn’t know if Ash was male or female for a start and then married or not and least of all married to a fello shop manager. As for the resort. I’m REALLY struggling to not swear here. But 💩the bed they were, it was and is awesome. Food was tasty, never ruined, filled you up and more often then not had you coming back for more. That for me is a mini Jackpot. Bungalows were lovely. We paid up and got a VIP one and loved it. Can’t comment on rest of accom but if all else is a gauge I’d say it was great. Now to the juicy stuff. Scuba Junkie are a VERY good, well run outfit. The picture of the white board you see is proof enough of that. Big stand up clap with a frown, pursed lips and knowingly nodding head that says ducking well done to all those involved in making that logistical headache work. Then.......THE PEOPLE !!! You simply C A N N O T do things this way without love and passion. It’s just not possible. At least not for any length of time. To hear every single member of staff talking about the bosses and owners with such reverence is almost unheard of and such a wonderful thing to hear. BOSSES WHO HAVE UNRULY STAFF TAKE HEED !!!!!! I would delight in meeting some day the two owners to shake their hands. You’ve got it RIGHT boys you really have and I salute you. Your team are awesome guys. You get back what you put out. Anyone with an emotional brain knows that and you are ALL reaping those rewards. I have to put out some other shouts in here. Nicole. Front of house and WHAT a diamond she is. We love you Nic. NOTHING was a problem and you’re a ducking legend Missy for that. Everyone else on front desk was amazing too. Gavin. A pleasure fella. Don’t stop believing. Marc and Penny both of you are wonderful, helpful and wayyy too good looking. Didn’t get to speak much to everyone but thanks all of you for your help. Now to the instructors and dive masters. There are just too many to mention but I HAVE to shout a few that we got to know better than most. Firstly to Khai Smiley. I don’t “play for the other team” but if I did. You’d be the first to feel my love brother!!!!! Ha. You are a wonderful soul dude and made a big dent in getting my wife Katie truly comfortable in the water. Awesome dive buddy. I loved spending time with you in and out the water. Thank you. Peggy. Peggy Peggy Peggy. You were the icing on the cake my love. Getting you for Sipadan was a massive touch. Katie blossomed under your most ample bosom. Thank you thank you thank you. Xxx. Simon. Floating Tea and Ciggy master. Pupa Smurf. Bulletproof(sweary)Monk. Thank you for finding my Wedding ring pal. Rooms were extremely clean. Saw their cleaning staff clean each door glass panel carefully, loved their dedication in providing the best. Beautiful set up with a cool lounge bar. Meals were delicious too. Free flow drinking water and tea & coffee. Also impressed by their efforts to protect the environment and support the local community. Do drop by and support this lady in her crochet sea life for souvenirs. Amazing sunset from the jetty.
