Saya booking 21-23 ogos 2020 dan byr RM2K utk 2 bedroom apartment. Bila sampai hotel kata penuh...staff dan mgr KURNG AR..last2 sy di minta balik tanpa penginapan. Mmg staff di sini KURANG AR nama sj PNB tp sikap mcm tak hormat customer. I & my family supposed to check-in for 2 bedrooms apartment and already paid rm2k with agoda. When arrived was told by Vilea my booking not in their system and not Villea problem and asked me to contact agoda. I told them i have called 2 days before my arrival to a lady and was told ok. During the communication to resolve the issue, Villea reception lady ( not wearing spectacles) was VERY RUDE including the Mgr wearing oren t-shirt and asked 8 of us to leave or he will call police. We then left. 1.5 hours later, Agoda contacted us informing that the reservation was correct & confirmed. It was the hotel mistake, the hotel may overbook. No apology fr the Villea. I suggest Villea new mgmt look into these probably old staff of PNB Ilham who are arrogant and rude with customers and have no intention at all to help resolve the issue having us calling more than 10 other hotels...all fully booked. What kind of hotel is this....

Kindly note the hotel was unable to accommodate you because of overbooking even though they properly received your booking.
We have tried asking the hotel to honor the confirmed booking but it was not possible.
The refund was proceeded on 26 August and please note it may take about 30 days to get the money back depending on the credit card company.

Read moreThis is the worst hotel. When I arrive, there are only 3 to 4 persons in the queue to check in. You know what? It takes me 1 hour to reach my turn. And the check in takes me another 30 minutes. OMG! When i was in the queue, the staffs serve the drinks to the person in front of me and the person behind me. Wondering why i was not serve, and this happen two times when i was in the queue, is it because I’m the only Chinese? I notice they serve drinks to everyone except me and my wife. We are Malaysian, how can you be so racist? The staff has also charge me higher price compare to my booking. When I ask, they just say the extra is the tax. I checked my booking again, i notice the price is included tax. When I checked further, the staff say let her check with the manager. At the end, they say system error and charge me correctly. At this point, I’m still very patient coz i don’t want to spoilt my holiday. When I went in to the room, OMG, the floor are so dusty, and it’s like facing four walls. They give me a twin bed room instead of King bed room that i book. So i went and check with counter, as usual, she say she check with manager first, then she came out says that no more King room. Ok, I just keep quiet, coz it’s already 7pm++ i just want to rest. You know what? That’s not the end yet, the room aircond is mot functioning. They send the technician, but they can’t fix it. I went down to the counter again, ask them, what’s the solution? They don’t know how to answer me.. silent and look at me. At the end, i ask them to cancel my booking and refund full amount to me. I left and went to book another hotel immediately. Luckily I manage to get one, it’s a long weekend, hotel rooms could have fully booked. During my check in I notice a lot of customers complaint that there are other people in the room when they go in. The staffs have mix up the rooms and assign the same room to different people! What? How can this happen? This is really a nightmare for me...
Read morePositive|1.We got the 3 bedroom unit which is large and spacious - the interior of Villea is newly renovated, so it feels new-ish. Bed was firm, pillows can be better. ||2. Breakfast are replenished very quickly. My kids love their freshly baked croissant/ pastries that is baked right where guests are seated. Variety was alright.||3. There are a couple of Gentari EV charging bays inside the hotel car park compound.||4. Plenty of restaurants/eateries dotted near Villea.||Negative|1. The rear side/area of the hotel stinks, there’s constant bad smell wafting through the corridor everytime we accessed in and out our room. This felt like the nastiest thing we had to endure during our stay there.||2.There’s flies inside the unit. ||3. The beach is downright nasty, terrible, dirty and nothing like in the picture. The sand is black and oily, and there’s dirty water from Villea’s drainage going out into the beach area. Some parts of the beach were smelly too. Villea locks their gate to the beach at 7 pm (didnt see any signboard) and therefore locked the guests out with that policy 🥲. Perhaps this was the natiest thing during our stay.||4. Besides the pool and the dirty beach, there’s pretty much nothing interesting to do in the area. If you have a choice, perhaps skip Port Dickson altogether. Maybe this is not so much Villea, just PD as a destination by itself.||5. Parking inside is limited. Non EV cars were hogging the EV bays. You’d have to park outside the resort if all bays are taken.||6. Guests enters the swimming pool wearing tshirts, non swimwear.||7. Not enough lounge chairs, towels nor umbrellas at the swimming pool.||8. In the, the villa mini refrigerator didnt keep the drinks cold.||Ultimate View|Will not return. Not worth it.
