worst experience ever. booked 1 night for my sister convo. got there around 5pm. self collectd access card which we were told someone will come to assist us. to get to your designated parking is not easy meh, Mesahil residence is huge, got 5 blocks. we took 1 hour just to get to our parking, so many problms, parking card not functioning, tried to call their operation, only answered after 6 calls. then after we found the house, access card not functioning. this time, we call again n again nobody answer. were there until 8pm, had to try again n again(paid aldy meh), imaging spending 3 hours just to check in. we not even check in, feedup n too tired, later search for another hotel around there..Do not ever think to use this service. plainly scamming people. stupid service, stupid PIC, what i annoyed the most is that nobody there to assists u, no receptionist, no technician whatso ever. purely scam. i found 2 other similar cases on the same date, heard they talked about it at my sister convo, 1 family from perak, other 1 is from sabah..similar story- access card not functioning, cannot check in, nobody to help u, had to find another hotel and no refund..

Room level G is ok but incomplete and kinda mess with the dusty floors, ants and old body wash (not updated) and without the dishwashing utensils.

This room got no view and restricted. Which also explains no deposit needed. For walking tourists, no clear explanation where the shortcut from mesamall to the condo when it can and should be explained like this : for walking visitors, there is a shortcut from mesamall to the condo by heading to level 2, next to a furniture shop, there is a way to the condo. So no need to use the car pathway for walkers.

They are giving you a pdf powerpoint but inside not enough explaination, need to update more. My friend who’s driving still got confused with the entrace.

Overall, got wifi and the tv got netflix, youtube and movies to watch on netflix. Definitely will book again after this but hopefully with a better...

Everything in the room is okay. The room have also provided all cutelry which is good for me and my family can enjoy dining inside the room. The room is big and clean is suitable for family stay and also can enjoy the facility like swimming pool and gym is good. The location is quite good because downstair is mall and have cinema along.
