I read the review look like im not the only one who received terrible service from a female hijab worker who work on 14 July 2025 around 1:18pm. Looks like theres no improvement of services going here. Ordered Dang hao pao without snowy, she kept asking “Ye yang mana satu, yang mana satu?” She could just ask is it the milk tea one? Doesnt cost a cent to be nice?! I dont know which one because theres no freaking ads was showing on the board at the moment? You the worker who knows the exact menu, is it hard to show the right manners? Even the cup is not sealed properly make it spilled. Not bad. Ordered drinks from here through Grab and they actually did followed my orders. Not too sweet nor too plain, just perfect to my likings. The packaging was significantly improved, everything made out of papers except for the cups, anyway cool packaging. Meanwhile, their stall near the Mesamall is being maintained well in terms of the hygiene. Not that crowded despite situated just in front of Jaya Grocer and other stalls & restaurants. The Malay girl staff with heavy makeup up & thick liners, is very rude. The way she treating customers is disrespectful and rude. She literally threw my straw on the collection table top, and rudely called “mari sini”. I did notice her few times, she is always on her phone, and not making the drink properly.
