A&W @ MesaMall — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I like this place, it looks so good and the food is great too.. the burger looks exactly like in the poster!! so yummy!!.. Decoration is beautiful, staff are very friendly. Only improvement would be the efficiency of service, the self service chily sauce container was empty, i had informed the staff there but no action taken.. luckily the collection counter had those small packets we could help ourselves to.. small issue but better to improve.. would...

I was politely asking for a chicken drumstick if it available and the staff (female staff) said yes about 5mins waiting and for that i said yes ( she said abt 5mins for the waiting) but in the end what i’ve got was a chicken breast with a pinch of the staff pinched off on it. I bet the owner and the staff doesn’t care much about it bcs the just want to get the things done?…. Where is the courtesy? I found hair in my rice!!!! A & W Team...

I'm writing to publicly thank a staff there by the name of Aniq. You see, I left behind my hand phone there this morning. Only realized it was missing when I got home a couple of hours later.
