I recently had the pleasure of staying at Green Town Hotel and Beach Resort in Port Dickson, Malaysia, and I cannot praise this beautiful resort enough! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene ambiance and the warm hospitality of the staff.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and elegantly designed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of beach activities. The views from my room were breathtaking, offering a picturesque panorama of the pristine beach and sparkling blue waters.

The resort's amenities were top-notch, with something for everyone to enjoy. The beach was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day under the sun. The pool area was another highlight, offering a refreshing escape with its crystal-clear waters and comfortable lounging areas.

Dining at the resort was an absolute delight. The food was exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary adventure, made even better by the stunning beachfront dining setting.

I stayed in Room 103 and another room for 2 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Room 103 had no minibar, low water pressure, and the water heater didn’t work due to the pressure issues. There were ants and a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom tiles were slippery, which is dangerous for elderly guests. The room was in poor condition, with torn wallpaper. If you're into haunted houses, this place might be for you. The Air Conditioning unit had a non-functioning remote, and the bathroom was streaky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well in a while.

Despite the many issues, the staff were polite and offered apologies, but that didn’t resolve the problems. Please, do not rent out rooms that don’t meet basic standards, especially when complaints have been made before. I won’t be returning to this resort on my next visit to PD.

No star at all for this resort. Such a worst resort i have ever stayed. I paid for RM270 for sea view which was over priced for this kind of room. First, the view is blocked with the wall and fencing. So its not considered as sea view. Second, when we enter the room the room was very smelly, spider web all over the room, ants everywhere which is not safe for the kids as the ants were all over the wall and bedframe. Floor was vry dirty as it has never been moped at all. The aircond take forever to cool your room. The bathroom was also very dirty with stains all over the wall and very smelly. The pool is also not maintained. Totally very very terrible experience staying in this hotel for 1 night. Please shut down your hotel and rerenovate it for people’s safety and for their pleasent stay. 0 star...
