First Garden Hotel By KR Cosmos Sdn Bhd — Hotel in Pahang

I book this hotel via agoda and check in yesterday but found extremely bad when we got to see the room, and returned.it immediately. Anyway, we have no way to refund from agoda because it was already over check in time. About this hotel ,despite the appealing pictures on Google, the reality is quite different. I regretted that I had not check its' review in google. We almost had the same worse experience with other google review.

Cleanliness: The bedsheets and pillows not clean enough and had smells. We even found the pillows is yellowish when we uncovered it. Amenities and maintenance: We need to request towels from the front desk after we found no towels, shampoo and soap in the toilet. The receptionist told us that we have to wait untill 6pm because its in laundry.😓This is unacceptable! The Room is full of dust and i observed there is yellowish at the wall of my room. Service: The service is abysmal. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns. Overall, I suppose to give no star but wouldn't have this selection. This is the dirtiest room i’ve ever stayed. I would not recommend...

Maintenance: The entire place is not well maintained. The walls in my room were dirty with marks and liquid stains, and I even found cigarette butts lying around.

Service: The service is abysmal. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns.

Amenities: Basic amenities were lacking. For instance, I was not provided with a towel as they claimed all their towels were "drying." This is unacceptable.

Cleanliness: The bedsheets had holes in them, which is a clear indicator of poor housekeeping standards.

Entertainment: The mini TV in the room was functional, but there were no channels available, making it essentially useless.

Overall, this hotel does not live up to its advertised standards. I would not recommend...

Bathroom n room floor Dirty , the rack in bathroom also stainless can't even keep our Toiletries there, not only that the room wall dirty can be say full of stain not sure wat is that. Worst part is bedsheets n blanket also dirty but wen request to change they did it. No tissue. Next morning wen request hairdryer the frontcounter( guy) say they don't have ok fine , on the same day wen we bck to hotel at nite we saw hairdryer on top the frontcounter table then we stop n ask the girl u guys have hairdryer here she say yes then the other staff ( guy) was there also he act like he don't know there is . Basically bad service , no hygiene , not worthy for wat u pay n not recommended at all. TO OYO Management pls look into it don't just approach all the hotels to be under your company try to spy n suvery how is the services...
