Go Lodge Hotel Kuantan (Greenleaf Hotel) — Hotel in Pahang

A budget place. Ok for the price. However the toilet is very smelly. We've been calling them to rectify the issue unfortunately the only solution is to ask the cleaner to help and clean it again and again. Since we stayed there for few days, we managed to make friends with the cleaner and ask him to leave the chemical that he's using to clean the toiletinside the toilet itself so that we can use it frequently.

On top of that, we even bought our own toilet air freshner (the smell is really bad FYI).

The bedsheet, pillow case etc is ok. Standard for a budget hotel.

The service is good (from the cleaner etc) but not really from the receptions. On our final day there, we called them for room service (to help to clear the rubbish and do some cleaning) byt they didn't (we only found out at night when we get back to the hotel during midnight. Too tired to contact them again so yeah, we leave it as it is.

The water heater doesn't really work - especially during day time. Expect to shower under the cold water ya.... i guess they did some repair work (without informing the customer, of course) as we only found out that the water heater is ok on our final day there. We stayed for 5 days 4 nights btw.

Nothing much. Nothing extraordinary. Near to the event place (as we're there for the big event in Kuantan and most of the hotels nearby are full booked).

Very noisy (not sound proof) especially on Friday and Saturday night. You can hear clearly the noise from outside. Yup not their (the hotel) control on the noise from outside but maybe can come out with a better sound proof window, maybe?

Overall its an okay stay lah. Again, nothing fancy, nothing extraordinary. A decent place for you to sleep and go out...

We were lucky to bring along our own Cuckoo air purifier (we brought it due to haze) it help in reducing the odour. ||||Bed||They claim it was a queen size bed BUT it turn out to be a super single bed! At first they denied my accusations when i raise it on my first day but upon check out they finally admitted it was not a queen size bed at all. Well i told you so! ||||Kettle ||Please dont ever use them! Ours already rusty and got ........ Inside! ||||Aircond||The air swing are broken and you have to adjust it manually and the whole thing nearly fell off!||||TV||They got 6 channels but NONE can be watch!! ||||Room view||Word of advice DONT choose the city room view facing the rood because at midnight the road will become a race track!! You can see a group of MAT REMPIT who thinks thier bapak own the road! We can hardly sleeps for that two nite stays in the hotel. ||||We did make a request to change our room to the one facing housing area and a bigger mattresses or at least a two single bed but was turn down because we book via Agoda and we have to pay additional which we think was unfair because the present room was...

I stayed here with my husband and our 2 years old daughter. We were looking for 1 night stay just to recharge and rest before continue our journey back to KL on the next morning. So we booked the budget room. Budget room is a small room just the size for a queen bed with 2ft extra space and a 3.5 ft shower room without the toilet. The toilet is outside the room along the corridor where shared with outhers room at the same level. The price is only less then RM60. The bed was comfy and the shower was satifying. The only cons that I can think considering the price that we pay is the non stop sound of birds chirping. It is all nigh long. For those who are really particular about sound and in need for quite for sleep this will be a big no-no place to stay. But for us, we were really tired this and the birds chirping sound is not an issued. Overall we had enough rest that we need so were satified...
