Elmark Hotel Kuantan — Hotel in Pahang

DO-NOT-UNDER-ANY-CIRCUMSTANCES-STAY-HERE. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The only reason I stayed here is because literally this was the only vacant hotel available in Kuantan. The room is full of filth and it is disgusting. I booked for 2 nights but left after first night. Everything is gross. The room is not cleaned, blankets and pillow were full of stains and stinky, no toilet paper no soap, bidet was broken. It is disgusting beyond imagination. Dead bugs and stains on the blanket. DO NOT STAY HERE. I will even make complaints to ministry of tourism. And I payed 320 MYR per night since this was the only...

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The twin sharing rooms have a 'frosted glass' toilet, means you can see through the glass a bit when the other one is taking a shower.. kinda like a strip tease. One of us needs to go outside every time the other needs to shower. Not to mention there was no soap.. Room was also stuffy, got 'tiang' (beam) in the middle of the roo. Overall I can't recommend this place.

We stayed in room 109 just beside the lift and was shocked when entered. There was a stone pillar inside the room right after the door, small room with Queen bed, the ambient was poor and the bedsheet felt like it has been there for a very long time, we prayed in a small space behind the pillar. The toilet's floor was dirty, while the towels were thin that it cant even dried off my husband hair.
