OYO 90553 Hotel 24 Seven — Hotel in Pahang

NOT recommended. Even you booked much cheaper price in Agoda, once you register at this hotel they will ask for EXTRA payment in which the final price will be almost like the walk in price. They also charged RM50 deposit. If you pay deposit by online transfer you must INSIST them to refund the deposit once checked out as they will say the refund will be transferred sometime later, cannot be immediately....to me this is ridicolous!...the staff counter (chubby malay lady) acted VERY rudely when i insisted for the deposit refund..shouting and humiliating me...they are not trained to handle customer issues..payment receipt is hand written and only upon request, the std room is small, deteriorated wall paints, smelly pillow sheets and noisy at night due to traffic...in general, management of this hotel is very...

This hotel is a scam, even that we booked online and it shows the price. The staff want us to pay more. And they wont let us check-in. The staff must be stealing the money to their own pocket.
