Summer Residence at Rainforest Sanctuary — Hotel in Pahang

A good place for you to relax and build rapport with you colleagues during a team building session or family 👪 gathering for event such as engagement, wedding 💒 or even just a family BBQ session.

The place is not too far Klang Valley, where it only takes around 1 hour drive. Plus, it is nearby to McDonald's and lots of food stalls below at Genting Sempah R&R area, around 3 minutes drive. If you want more excitement, Genting Highland is not that far which will take about 15 minutes drive up there.

You can even ask for their worker to prepare the food for your BBQ, but you have to fork out more. If you wanna save, you can always bring your own food.

There is a karaoke system at underground level, but it doesn't have extensive songs selection though. On upper level, there is a pool table set for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

They can always prepare an extra mattress for you if there is not enough bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people with...

This place is nice and chilly I like it a lot. I readed the reviews before I came here and I regretted my decision. But when I went there it was nothing like the reviews. The pool is a bit dirty but I can't expect for it to be super clean. There is a few bugs at night if you open the windows and doors. The swimming pool is a bit cold but when you're having fun there's nothing called "too cold".the Airbnb taker is very friendly and there's a lot of cats I only saw about 2-3 cats there was one ginger one that was friendly, I suppose the cats are the owner's cats. It's big and nice, is perfect for playing hide and seek or tag the view here is pretty nice...

Was really excited to visit Summer Residence as the place looks clean and quite new in photos, but it was a let down upon arrival. The place was old & dirty - moldy walls, sticky floor etc. Some of the staff did not wear face mask properly, or not wearing at all.

At night, the electricity went out for few hours, so we had to eat in the dark, lucky for us that we’re having barbecue, there’s still some dim light coming from the fire pit :/

Will recommend to find other homestays.

Update: Well, it's not our fault as well for the black out :) We can't even do anything in the dark; but the host can't even deduct the few hours without...
