Luminari Residences — Hotel in Penang

Staying in Luminari is really a nightmare experience for tenant and visitor. I really regret to rent the apt here. The management system is really rediculous in here. To go in, you need few different card and face recognition. Yes it’s safe, but once ur card spoilt or lost, you need to pay RM100. And you need 2 cards + rfid + face recognition to just go in to your unit!! If you are rent the apt for business trip which you need to rent car every times you come to penang….you can’t park your car inside the apt compound cos you need rfid !!! It’s crazy!!! The agent and Landloard shall explain this rule...

Definitely a 5 Star place from I Plus Management! Modern and contemporary designed home with a twist of elegance and rustic. Each and Every bedrooms are nicely designed for a blissful sleep.
