I recently visited Restoran Pen Mutiara for a business lunch and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed yet professional meeting – not too loud, with comfortable seating and a pleasant ambiance.

The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured our drinks were always refilled. The food was the star of the show, though. We ordered a variety of dishes to share and each one was flavorful and beautifully presented. Their customer service is so bad. Like I go with my family. All of us just arrived at the table and not sit yet, then their waiter came and gave us the menu. Well at least wait until we sit and take a breath. No smile, the way she talk about recommendation menu is so lazy like don't want to work. After order, the drink got served but the way she put on the table like she angry to customer. Like girl, where's your manner?! We came and give you money so do your job well. Same with the food, no smile and she put our food in angry way and it has a loud sound. I really hate your customer service girl. The food was tasty but their customer service...

The restaurant is comfortable and welcoming, with really good service from the staff.

They provide set menus that can cater to different group sizes, which makes it convenient whether you’re dining as a couple or with family and friends. The highlight for me was definitely the fish head curry.

Prices are on the slightly higher side, but I’d say it’s worth it for the quality of food and overall experience.
