Eden Pool Villa — Hotel in Perak

Wish I have stayed more than a night to speak about the place but a night there was enough for me to know and experience that the place was pleasant. I booked the garden view room and i must say that the cleanliness was tops! The room was large with natural light coming in. Location was perfect as it was close to town. Bed was comfortable and other additional like water, coffee was there.

Host was very efficient and self-checking in was smooth. Definitely my choice whenever I am in Ipoh the next time.

Booked a 3 adults room, when I say I'm bringing 3 more children they say it's too much and I have to upgrade to a bigger room. Deposit is RM200 and to upgrade costs RM120 more. Couldn't afford it. Asked them for a refund and they wouldn't give it.

It's not like I booked 7 days before, it was on the same exact hour I booked I wanted to cancel, and they still couldn't help...

Great stay for four people at an affordable price. The room was well-equipped with an iron, hairdryer, tableware, and toiletries. Muslim-friendly as well. The location is slightly tucked in, but the owner provided clear guidance and was very helpful. Service was fast—quick response...
