Tasty food but not transparent with price and slightly a bit overpriced!!

I came here based on good online review. Since I am on my own, don't have much choice. The strange thing is they don't have menu and set price on food. So I ordered a seafood soup for a single person. It is quite a big bowl. and is tasty. Yet, the so called seafood is two small-medium prawn,, one slice ring of squid and another super -small sotong. That is ALL.!! And I am charged RM14!!!

Yes, the food is tasty (may have a bit of ajinomoto as I felt a bit thirsty afterwards), but the lack of transparency in food price and really overpriced (according to Ipoh standard) really...

Was searching for place to have lunch and came across this restaurant. Easy to find parking and not crowded with people.

As what mentioned in previous review, indeed it does not have any menu. We just ask recommendation from the lady boss. All the foods we ordered was delicious. Perhaps it was the best meal we had in Ipoh for this time trip.

Free complimentary of corn jelly as dessert. Price was reasonable with adequate portion. Would like to be back here to...

I bought some fried rice, char koay teow and fried mee hoon.. The cook is different now i guess.. Compared to previously and my recent purchase the taste is so different.. Does not taste like a chinese signature dish anymore.. Taste is weird.. Not only me.. My whole family and neighbour also thinks the same.. Price is not reasonable for the portions.. 1st time i experienced seeing holland onion as an ingredient for chinese char koay teow.. Damn.....
