I stayed at this hotel last year, and although I usually enjoy my stays at this hotel, this particular visit left me with a lasting sense of sadness.
After checking out, I realized I had mistakenly left behind a gold chain in my room — a chain that belonged to my late father and was the only keepsake I had to remember him by. As soon as I discovered this, I contacted the hotel immediately, hoping it had been found by housekeeping or turned in by staff.
To my deep disappointment, I was told that nothing was found. While I understand this was my own mistake — I take full responsibility for being careless — what hurt most was the way the situation was handled. It felt like my concern was brushed off entirely.
This wasn't just a piece of jewelry. It took me months to emotionally recover from losing something so precious. What made it worse was feeling like the hotel management didn't care at all.

As we have baby so we prefer to stay in this hotel (as the rate include Breakfast as well) We paid for the Deluxe Queen Room as the room has Refrigerator and CARPET(!) facility. The hotel is clean and comfort. But the only problem is their breakfast system. Though their breakfast area seems to be like BUFFET SYSTEM with all the options available but while we went in next morning for breakfast they just deliver a small portion of MALAY FOOD (It depends on the CHEFS choice not the guest choice :(||||On my third day I am much annoyed and therefore return their POOR BREAKFAST to that chef... We were really disappoint with these facilities and therefore not recommended any guest to stay there. (As you can get similar rooms with very much cheaper rates in other Hotels without breakfast)||||I hope the authority should change their manner soon. Really bad experience...

Requested to change room for 2nd night since already booked & paid for family room for 2 nights. Immediately went to check towels inside room 226 & found all 3 towels to be very dirty! Even worse conditions than room 225 towels! Luckily staff kind enough to change towels but towels still have stains although not obvious!
