OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Parit Buntar — Restaurant in Perak

Visited during the weekend and was quite disappointed with the experience. The place was clearly understaffed, only a few people handling the crowd during peak hours. The service was slow, and we had to wait quite for the food arrived.

Food presentation was also not up to standard, dishes looked unappealing. For a place with potential, I really hope the management will take this seriously and consider increasing staff during weekends or public holidays, and also improve food quality and presentation.

Dear OTWC, please consider putting air fresheners in your toilet and clean it regularly. The condition of your toilet is very bad. The sink is dirty and the toilet smells so bad that 3 customers had to change tables. The mop equipment is placed very close to the customer's table and the smell disturbs the customers from enjoying their food. You need a SOP for cleaning work to be more organized. And pls pls pls repair ur fan. I often come OTWC and the fan always broken when I ask staff to switch...

I can see all customers from diverse backgrounds are treated well here. You can place your order by scanning the QR code or by pressing the call button on the table to order directly with the staff. Orders are handled on a first-order, first-served basis, and the service time is efficient. Pan mee here is so underrated it's way tastier than any other restaurants. The coffee is great and creamy, I recommend trying it less sweet to fully enjoy...
