Update 18th oct 2021 : Pizza hut has delivered to us 4pcs pizza today as a token of apology including 2 coupons. It taste good and exactly what we expect from a well known pizza hub. Tq for responding to our complaint. We hope pizza hut will provide best quality both of the product and customer service accodingly. Pics no.2, 3 and 4 were what had been sent to us today. Tq again.

Worst pizza i've ever ordered. Little fillings and unevenly spread. Add ons for pineapple, chicken and tuna pn mcm x ada apa. Roti liat dn inti x sampai ke tepi. Rasa pn tak ada beza antara pizza. Bayar mahal tak berbaloi....

Pizzas taste good. I always prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos, here in Malaysia. And I always choose to take away. But, last time when I went to Pizza Hut with friend, it was not really a good experience. We just ate there. And ugh, took about half an hour for them to come to us and take orders. We were keep on calling them, for the orders, but they were just ignoring. It's about 10p.m., and there's just a few people. Pizzas were good. But too small and quite expensive . Okaylah. It's just the pizza is getting smaller and smaller...

I ordered thru Foodpanda and received breadsticks that were extremely hard and inedible. This is completely unacceptable. Customers pay with their hard-earned money and deserve proper food, not something carelessly packed like this. If you already knew the breadsticks were in such a poor condition, you should have replaced them with fresh ones. I am extremely disappointed with this...
