Disappointing Stay – Don’t Be Fooled by the Photos

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures on Trip.com and Agoda are misleading and do not reflect the reality. The room lacked basic amenities like shower gel and drinking water, which were shown in the photos. The bathroom window was broken and only covered with plastic, while the TV in the room didn’t work.

When I requested to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, even though there didn’t seem to be many guests staying. The reception staff admitted that all the TVs were broken across the rooms and that some rooms had leaking toilets. I asked why they were selling rooms knowing they were in poor condition, but the response I received was, “I’m a new staff member, so I don’t know.” This was an unacceptable answer, especially considering how the receptionist’s interaction with a visiting acquaintance suggested they had been working there for some time.
