Maleeq Hotel Meru Ipoh — Hotel in Perak

if you guys are choosing this place, just dont do any QR payment because they don't do things as they promised over the counter. I've been to bigger hotels and did a 250MYR payment for deposit and returned on the same day on the checkout day, yet Maleeq Hotel took more than 48 hours for a 50MYR return. Not recommended at all. Even when I asked for an extra towel, willing to pay for the fee but hadn't been given any responses by the receptionist. Bad management,...

Bad experience and dangerous to travellers.

So soap dish made in glass is settle very bad, it could be dangerous if it follows down.

They don’t furnish toilet paper.

Washing maching worked until 2 o'clock impossible to sleep.

And the best for the final, the sheet wasn’t change, the previous traveller urinated on it and it was really dirty, and we have demand others sheets to change...

Sy nk share 1 kisah...pagi td 30/5 sy check in hotel ini jam 10 pg...sy ambik byrn ikut jam iaitu rm50 UTK 5 jam (atas urusan kerja) mmng kebiasaan hotel pegng deposit .Suami sy letak deposit rm50.total semua duit pd hotel rm100. tiba time check out suami sy kata pekerja di kaunter kata duit deposit burn atas tuduhan suami sy merokok didlm bilik... Sedangkan hny puntung rokok yg dibw masuk UTK dibuang ketika check out nnt(x baik buang sampah merata²) jika btl suami sy merokok dlm bilik kenapa tiada sisa abu rokok pun ... Samada dlm bakul sampah mahupun didlm bilik air... (Pnya la baik suami sy nie xnk buang puntung rokok dlm mangkuk tandas) Selain itu resit mengatakan duit sy burn berpunca Dr kesalahan yg tak ada pun diberi.... Btl ke duit tu DPT pd hotel atau masuk dlm poket pekerja kaunter tu .. mohon owner hotel jawab dn siasat semua nie...kerana perkara ini blh menyebabkan reputasi hotel terjejas... Seperti sy kena pasti org lain pun akan memberi respon MCM nie... Kuasa viral blh menjatuhkan imej hotel ..harap maklum dan tolong siasat ... Yg telah diambil kita jumpa di akhirat nnt...
