Federal Hotel — Hotel in Perlis

Tray for putting Glass not clean, dusty||2) Drinking Glass with stains, like not clean with dish wash||3) Table for Trays also dusty like for quite sometimes.||4) Mattress too old that you can feel the spring.||5) Blankets too thin. ||6) Water pressure for shower very week||7) Toilet doors all stained||8) Toilet Wall tiles damaged||9) Floor not Mop, sticky and dusty||10) Walls with stains||11) Towels very coarse and old.||||Affordable, but worst than some cheaper hotel.||Even Cleaner also Not attentive to cleanliness||Have not done anything to maintain or upkeep the rooms for quite sometimes,||Everything is worn out and making it worst with no proper cleaning.||It can be a budget Hotel. For the area rates. This is not a budget hotel. And with the non upkeep condition. It is not worth to stay. We checked in Federal Hotel on 27/6/2017 and left the hotel that same night. It was a nightmare, everything went wrong from the beginning we entered the room. Smelly blanket, wet and smelly bathroom, dirty aircond which in the end caused myself and son frequent coughing with signs of athma.||Don't get blinded from the pics that they hotel posted, not sure if we were unlucky due to festive season but I believed it should not give the hotel management any reason to ignore cleanliness. As what the front desk lady arrogantly said, their hotel is always fully booked. If that is the case, please put some effort to make sure the guests are comfortable enough during their stay, invest in good ventilation, good bedsheet and freshener. the room was clean and the bed was ok. the bathroom was dirty, but i find that unless you go to a really good hotel in malaysia that is probably managed by non-malaysians, the bathroom is going to be dirty. malaysians don't seem to mind a dirty bathroom in a hotel. the internet was not extremely fast, but it worked. all in all, just an average stay. nothing special. but in the immediate area, it is only one of two hotels that are worth staying at. there are a lot really bad hotels in the area of downtown kangar, so even though this just an average hotel, it stands out in an area where there are quite a...
