KFC Kangar — Restaurant in Perlis

Your staff is unbelievably rude. KFC Jalan Bukit Lagi. Sunday April 8th 2018, 6pm. Female cashier (Height about 145cm, polo shirt uniform, no name tag). Counter number 2. She humiliated me in front of other customer and staffs just because I asked if new batch of chickens are available since I noticed that there are only chicken wings left. No managers are in sight. I requested another part since 5 cold, small chicken wings are not worth the price I wanted to pay. Customer request elok2 kena handle it politely - bukan tengking customer balik. Lain la kalau I cakap kurang ajar dengan staff. I speak with polite tones and your staff sangat kurang ajar. Other staffs are politely mannered, just her. Tak nak naikkan sales better tak...

In term of foods, there is no question about it. Not too many customers but as what we can expect, 2nd day of raya..

But, one of the staff (don't want to highlight which 1) not really friendly (to put it mildly) when seeking some assistance such as we require extra ice for drinks & asked them to repair the sauce machine.. but again, maybe because she has to work on public holiday.. I'm going to cut her some slack..

Still loving it although I had a bad experience when what I received were not to my expectations. But...the bottom line is....Still Loving It!!! Ppl are not perfect but the are guidelines & procedures to follow as to ensure that you are giving the best possible service & outstanding food quality. No matter what...
