Poor service.

1.We booked 3 rooms and had to change the rooms 3x due to Aircond problem.

My advice ,check the Aircond before letting the customers in.

Check out seposed to be at 12pm... They block the access card at 11am.

Very poor cleaning service. I have to go down to reception counter to request for toiletries and towels on my own. Only excuse they can give is Sorry we Forgot.

Comforter and bedsheet has stain .
