I made the booking through booking for com. I received a timetable, instructions for pickup and tag info for two vans. ||||One tag # was correct, that van had a sign in the window. The second tag was incorrect and there was no sign in the window. ||You've got a 50/50 chance of being able to identify the van. Don't expect drivers to be helpful from either van. There was a clear distain for foreigners. ||Also, there is no room for luggage in the van. They will only accomidate you if you have a small (and I do mean small) carry on bag. ||Hotel is located in an isolated area. They overbook the shuttle van & informal (not registered with a transport app like GRAB or a real taxi) transport lurks around offering taxi service for the foreigners they know will be bumped off the shuttle and will be anxious to get to the airport on time. ||Luckily I do have the Grab app, because I had to purchase my own transportation to and from the airport. ||||Woman answering the phone at front desk knows that the shuttle service is scammy. She refused to verify the tag nor description of the van when I was left stranded at the airport. ||||Room was very clean. ||||WiFi isn't working. You can connect, but there's no internet access. This means they have a internet plan, but the allowable usage is so low, that no one can actually use it. ||||The cafe at the lobby accepts cash only. I didn't see any convenience store, so bring anything else you need, ie water. Hotel only provides 2 small bottles of water. You need more than that to hydrate...

Read morePlace seemed to be cleaned well. Sheets clean though some stains. Pillows were yellow and mouldy below the pillow covers. I used a towel to pun on top of them.
Shuttle bus did not turn up. Luckily I had their number and could make local calls because the second scheduled one also did not turn up.
Location is in a Malay district. You won't find alcohol. Not that I was drinking but a British fellow was hunting and could not find any.
Maybe if you have a room with minibar.
The room cost me $19.52NZ and had a free shuttle there and back. So really cannot complain and would possibly stay again.
Probably only good if you are transiting as quite fat it felt from anywhere.
Had a relative collect me.
Best place to eat is an outside malay stall in evening only. Come out of hotel and turn right and walk along about 100m...
