Qlassic Hotel — Hotel in Sepang

As a hotel manager I wouldn't be letting any staff with these kind of attitude to serve the guest. Honestly the hotel is nice but the staff attitude towards me and my colleague is terrible. We booked here for a layover so that we can freshen up. We went there around 5.30am+/- the staff didn't even greet us, ok this part we understand night shift is abit tiring shift as well. But when I showed her my booking she didn't even peek at my phone, ok understand maybe we are the one whom haven't arrived yet for the night. The whole check-in process was atrocious, atleast a smile could be nice. When we enter room there's no tv remote amd ac remote so the room were so quiet and luckily my colleague turned the ac on manually, the room was nice not so bad, decent. cleaning is good too. Near to airport, other than the staff attitude overall is fine. The indian staff need to be educated ince again on the customer service/...

Not much to comment. However, here are a few observations: • The toilet and shower area were quite dirty. • The flooring is the same as the corridor, and I suspect the workers didn’t clean the floor properly and entered with slippers—this is unhygienic. I suggest the owner consider separating or changing the flooring. • I believe the bed might have bed bugs. • The pillow was quite hard and not soft—uncomfortable for sleeping. • Amenities are very limited—only cheap soap and hair gel were provided. • There’s no hairdryer or ironing board in the room, but you can request them from the receptionist. • The area is quite dim with insufficient lighting. • Parking is unregulated—you can park anywhere, but safety isn’t guaranteed. • There’s no café on-site, but there is a small shop located at the back. • The only positive point is the air conditioning—it works well and keeps the room...

Paid a total of 338rm for 3 days as we have a race for MSF round 3 at sepang international circuit, room was not cleaned even once for all the 3 days stay there, water heater seem to not working, worst is even the cheaper hotels do provide toothbrushes and toothpaste but not this hotel, when I called they said they're not provided, wth!? The front desk, Indian foreigner working was so unprofessional, told us, room extension is 100rm, and then after we left he called us and said we need to pay another 10rmty for tourism fee. Agoda mentioned there's balcony for the deluxe room, when we checked in there's no balcony, when asked, they said the window is actually the balcony! Lol? Will not book this hotel again if I ever have any event at sepang again. Will choose a cheaper but better one at...
