Unhelpful snd noisy reception staff. We stayed here to rest before catching a flight in the morning. We had to ask the reception staff to please turn down his gaming/tv sound at 1-2am in the morning because it was so loud! The noise continued all night. We had a most unrestful stay. Also loud voices from reception all night. The room smelt awful of cigarettes and also some kind of chemical smell - there is no window. The only plus was the restaurant next door is very handy and the air conditioning and wifi worked. The airport shuttle is expensive. It is better to get a Grab taxi and the train one stop to KLIA. Staff unhelpful - we asked for help photocopying an urgent document and they refused, despite having a scanner printer there. We would have paid for the service. Maybe my expectations were super low from all the bad reviews but this place was perfectly fine for the price and distance to airport! We had 2 twin beds in a private room with attached bathroom. 2 bottles of water included with refill station just outside our door, everything seemed clean, of course it wasn’t updated or kept up with (paint chipping)/scratches and scuffs/rust but it was fine! No stains on white towels and linens, WiFi worked very well in our room, and the a/c was cool.

No issues with noise at all. Room was not smelly.

very bad service . this hotel had scam me .. i already paid this hotel via agoda but once i arrive the reception told me the booking was not confirm by agoda .. i call the agoda client service and the staff confirm that our booking is confirm .. but the hotel sold our room .. the awfull is the reception were malay .. how could them lied to us in the same races .. i was carrying my son that was sleeping and they could not helping me to solve the problem that they created .. the staff is not irresponsible and no manner .. please careful with this bad hotel.. i have the evidence if...
