Im a pizza lover and i had the worst pizza experience here . The cook wasn’t friendly at all , she was waiting outside without mask on . She stared at me like i was a thief , during my order section she was waiting beside me and once done she just went in , did the pizza like within 3 minutes . My order were done within 10 mints . The pizza dough is half cooked and i can feel the its dough . The taste almost feels like roti naan mamak with cheese . I ordered spicy pizza something as my second option . They literally sprinkled red chili powder which most of the time indians use for cooking . People know that it’s not advisable to eat directly without cooking since its very harmful to your intestines and stomach . The chicken topping i dont really feel like properly minched as i can feel the bones . overall it was worst experience and bad customer service. i had diarrhoea...

I ordered their signature pepperoni pizza along with cheesy garlic bread. The pizza crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Every bite was full of flavor! The garlic bread was also perfectly toasted and packed with cheesy goodness.

The service was quick, and the staff made sure everything was fine with our meal. The prices were reasonable too, considering the quality and portion size.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Us Pizza to anyone who loves delicious, freshly made pizza served with great hospitality. I’ll surely be coming...

Worst customer service ever. I don't know where's their Managers or any other senior officer over there. Did they watch their staff? Whenever I go order pasta or spaghetti, won't available. Today I went order for ocean carbonara pasta they said pasta no stock. Last week I went order Italian aloha deluxe pizza the staff said no more this pizza. Then I went to Nilai branch there said no such things. At Nilai branch everything was available. Better US pizza at Kota warisan can just closed. Most of the time won't available. Just having lazy staff. Even won't attend...
