Worst experience ever. We arrived pretty late in the evening, the concierge was sleeping on his desk. We felt sorry to disturb him, he was friendly though and gave us the key to our room. We went upstairs, our room was right near the stairs. The room smelled terribly of cigarettes, sweat and in general it was pretty dirty. We went downstairs to complain. However, the concierge only laughed and said no other rooms were free to swap rooms. At least he changed the sheets of our bed, which smelled of sweat and cigarette smoke. In the morning, after various minutes and attempts to get someone's help for check-out, no one was around to take our keys. We were in a rush because of our flight and had to leave the keys on the unoccupied desk. Our deposit of around 50 ringgit was never returned to us! Can't recommend...

Read moreIt cost 9nly AUD35 a night but the rooms are small, the beds dis not appear to have new sheets pretty much the same sheets from the last guests, the air conditioning is not very good so was hot, the bathroom and toilet us one so shower will were the toilet, no amenities these you buy separately cheap though.
