Where do I start… The hotels have basic facilities. Fine I can live with that. Near to the beach even tho you cant swim because the water is kinda gross. Decent size pool. Thats about it. They have bikes for rent but nobody uses it as its all rusty and the tyres are flat. Just old and poorly maintained.

The rooms…basic. AC was strong so thats good and they have free wifi. But thats all. The cleanliness was my issue. Bed sheets were gross. So many stains. Walls are dirty. Toilet was nasty. I had to layer my toilet seat with tissue because i didnt want direct contact with the seat. There was hair in the drain hole….mind you we just checked in. Overall I was just eager to return home but couldnt as I was there for an event.

Food and cafe…food tasted fine. Nothing special. Sometimes it was very sweet and dry and just not appetizing. My issue here again is the cleanliness. There were flies all over and i made it known to them. I requested they put candles near the food and that solved the issue a little. I didnt eat much of it as i didnt want to get poisoning. I mean im sure they knew about the flies but simply were too lazy to do anything about it. There were so many kot. I even found some small bugs on the plate…even a small dead roach in one of the glasses.

I tell you I definitely would not return or recommend this to anyone. I didnt have a choice as I couldnt skip the event here but was also disappointed with the person who arranged the event here.

The management needs to fix this hotel top to bottom and re-train their staff in terms of hospitality and cleanliness. Everything was so lacking it was just frustrating. There are hotels in Thailand worth RM50 thats head over heels better than this place.

Will NEVER come back.

I gave 2 stars for service only because they took my feedback for the flies and helped me with a couple other inquiries.

Lastly, there are plenty or roaches/roach smells...

Bloody filthy and poorly maintained is the word for this place. Those who have been rating the rooms highly are clearly delusional and have a questionable standard of cleanliness 🤷🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Stayed in room 136: Door for wardrobe is missing, wardrobe looks old as heck. Hangers on the wardrobe dirty and filled with dust. Room has a humid, old, and musty smell. Hair all over the floor in a room ready made for guest. Dust, DUST, DUST everywhere (look at picture for yourself, picture is taken after wiping the edges from the bed). The air-conditioning is EXTREMELY POOR, not because it doesn't work, but because the cover of the Daikin air conditioner is loose and keeps rattling the whole night. The air-conditioning remote is also not working properly and causes the air-conditioner to turn on and off on its own the whole night, which was SUPER ANNOYING as it affects your sleep tremendously.

And please la, don't get me started on the toilet, the shower area was utterly DISGUSTING, had to use my own wet wipes to clean the shower floor and sink, and it was stained yellow all over the wet wipes.

God knows who the heck did what on the bed and there are stains that they claim to come from the laundry... Hello? If the laundry can't even do a good job to clean the sheets properly and the hotel staff is looking for excuses to defend dirty stained sheets when being asked to change to cleaner sheets, this hotel should just reconsider it's services.

Overall: Lousy and life threatening

UPDATE: They switched us to a new room, which was a relief as it was a 180 degree difference. However, they ran out of water supply for our block, which was quite...

This hotel does not adhere to SOP, no masks were worn from staff to guests. (Covid season)

The room is spacious but still using those brown styled blankets. havent seen one in a long time. Anyway, we had problem with the aircond, the room was hot. Maintenance came twice to fix and still couldnt , so we requested to change room. Luckily, there was an extra room.

Food wise, all taste great. Though, the situation during breakfast was terrible. too crowded and room was medium size. Not enough seating. 7.30am seats were all full, many were left waiting, standing. Then, no plates, no cups, all had to be requested. No one looked after the front door, so basically anyone could hv just came in to eat. Seems like they were understaffed.

The beach is of walking distance, located behind the trees in the pool pictures. If you are new to the area, the beach is not like ones in Terengganu or Cherating. Probably if you reach in the afternoon, the water has not...

I would say horrible. The floor is dusty, the toilet bowl is dirty, and the dust from the toilet fan is everywhere. My room is 148, the smell is similar to the old warehouse, the vibe is very bad, and the lighting is minimal. They did not put an effort to accommodate guests even more so during Raya. If they are unable to manage all the rooms, please only limit the number of guests. This way you only invite more bad reviews from your poor management. And please remove the "Malaysia" name from your hotel. Does not look good to me even as a Malaysian.
