OYO 253 Hotel El Ray — Hotel in Sepang

last april we booked a hotel in agoda which is oyo rooms hotel. when we arrived at the hotel we saw the same hotel we stayed in last year 2016 which is sri enstek hotel near sepang circuit. its means OYO ROOMS HOTEL IS AGENCY BE CAREFUL OF THEM! when i talked to receptionist he said that we can check-in around 12pm because its too early so we stay in other hotel for 6 hours to rest. After the first day of event we came back to sri enstek and they told us that they don't have any available room for us because its fully book! they already told OYO ROOMS about that since april but no one inform nor email email me regarding this. the receptionist guy call oyo and let me speak with them our conversation last for 3 hours because they want to give the refund of the bookings. SO WHERE ARE WE GOING TO STAY NOW MOST OF THE HOTEL ARE OVERBOOKED!!! they give me option that there's one hotel which is hotel el ray under OYO ROOM and they will give me my full amount of money that they deduct but we are going to pay EL RAY HOTEL in cash. so we went there its already 12am. It's far from the circuit and when we reached the room, it was so disguisting and dissapointing.

we sleep there in few hours and check out early morning, they still charge us for 2 days because of early check-out. staff are helpful but we can't stay in that kind of hotel for our whole trip. we ended up to stay in s8 hotel which is nice and clean hotel.
