D'Metro Hotel — Hotel in Shah Alam

recently stayed here solo for 2 nights (end of november). it's located near the d'palma hotel at seksyen 19 shah alam..just mention this to the taxi driver if u r from the airport..reached here late at night and staff were accomodating, check in was smooth and the staff asked me whether i need a ride in the morning and what time should they send in the breakfast (yeahh breakfast in the room! because i think they dont have a place at the lobby for breakfast). in the morning, i received a call asking me what drink i prefer for breakfast and in a few minutes, i received my breakfast...nasi lemak + 3 kind of kueh + my coffee...went downstairs and the staff offer to call Grab||||it's located next to a indian+malay restaurant but the restaurant closed early, there is a mamak located nearby but you have to walk a couple of blocks...not advisable for ladies...||||overall hotel is ok, location...

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean and new hotel but we booked a room inclusive of breakfast through Expedia and in the morning, was told that my booking did not include breakfast. Even when we produced the confirmation by Expedia that we had indeed booked the room with breakfast but the staff just declined and insisted our room did not come with breakfast. We felt cheated as we had paid extra for breakfast. Because of this issue we will not be back anymore. ||||Upon booking the hotel rooms, it is stated that the hotel includes Free Parking.
