Hotel Las Trojes — Hotel in Aguascalientes

It's a family runner hotel. No franchise standards. Some questions or topics that are not in their regular day, take a bit longer to be solved the hotel is contemporary, old fashion but nice to navigate. Good service, clean , open spaces small.

We loved the location and the outdoor area. Has a very nice pool and wonderful gardens. I highly recommend to come with enough time to enjoy the pool area. There is enough free parking at site and . Bell boys and receptionists are very kind. The rooms are standard and basic: bed, shower (no bath), closet, tv, desk . Extra points for garden view. We really appreciate the 100% free smoke hotel . The soap given as amenity is amazing, nice smell and texture.

The vibe is like going back to the 70s on family resort. It was very nice to see many families enjoying the pool and having a good time

There is a very nice jacuzzi onsite but it's only to be used one hour per guest and you have to book the time upfront and if you want to use it more time, you have to pay $200 pesos .

I asked for my invoice at check out, and they denied a printed copy, the lady in front desk said she would mail it to me, but still I have not received it.

I also asked for my tax invoice for the pool food consumption AND they deny me the invoice because it was the last day of the month.

Be sure to pay full your pool bar bills , even though they have your room number , they will call you at 11pm to ask you to go to restaurant to pay. Bills will not be charged to...

It is a simple hotel, nice, but not fancy. Leisure Business Class category, with excellent location on the North side of Aguascalientes city, just in front of a nice mall and in a main commercial avenue. In the front desk I didn't have a very good experience, bad attitude from the manager in turn who refused every request I made. Check in and check out process was simple and pretty fast.|Rooms are small and comfortable, being a Leisure Business class hotel, you find the minimum in this room, with free Wi-Fi, but not enough power outlets for devices or mobile phones. |Pool area is small but pretty enjoyable and peaceful, and there is a jacuzzi area that can even be reserved for private use. |The restaurant's buffet was average, poor variety and not very good taste.|We were in for the New year's bowl. I arrived yesterday, my company prepaid the room and I had a copy of the payment. The arrogant staff said my room was not paid for and after several minutes of bickering, I called my company, they in turn talked ot the front desk staff who double checked....and found that it was indeed paid for. They did not apologize for the grief they caused me and gave me the key to a room. I went to the room and discovered that the next room room was being remodeled and loud banging noises were coming from it. I went back to the reception. They were still in their arrogant and defiant mode...after more arguing, they reluctantly moved me to another room. The climate control does not work (I am still here) the shower curtain rail is broken. Also, the wifi is very patchy and does not work at all in the pool area.
