Hotel Mansión Suiza — Hotel in Aguascalientes

I stayed here for 6 days coming all the way from Jamaica to attend a conference at INEGI. It was a pleasant 6 days. There was a trmendous difficulty with the language barrier but they had a staff member who spoke fluent English and was able to assist us with my needs. The hotel room was clean, spacious and had a homely feel. The room was cleaned every day and i felt good each time the day ended and i returned. The location was ideal as it was located opposite to a huge mall which had everything we would have wanted...Pharmacy, food court, shoes stores, Mcdonalds, supermarket, just about everything. the mall was a great convenience. This hotel is nice and clean, and we had a comfortable night. The location is very convenient: there is a shopping mall just across the street.|| ||There is a cold breakfast included, but they have a full service restaurant to complement it. The food is good and the prices very reasonable.||||The rooms are a basic and a bit spartan, and the decor a bit lacking. There is no room climate (no A/C, no heating), but a ceiling fan. Usually that is not an issue thanks to the nice climate. Staff was very nice and attentive, but a bit lacking in resources: they had not cart to move...

We have stayed here twice (both for family occasions) and enjoy its cleanliness, location, parking garage, at a very reasonable price. Our first stay was 10 years ago, yet the rooms were clean (2nd floor room) and it appeared that the bathroom fixtures had been re-modeled - important for us.
