Ramada Encore By Wyndham Aguascalientes — Hotel in Aguascalientes

I love this hotel every time I go to aguascalientes I book here but this last time my check out was not very pleasant I stayed for 12 days and the last day I came down with my luggage as I exit the elevator to walk to the check out counter I heard the receptionist telling me you can't be with out a mask and, , I get it I know I had yo have a mask but I had it in my car so I told her as I was carrying a whole lot of luggage yes I have it in my car but she didn't even paid attention to me she continued to tell me about the mask didn't even offer to give me one if she really needed me to hurry and put one on the I told her I'm checking out she said leave your cards on the box. There was a clear box to drop off the door card keys.So I went ahead and dropped them in there, as I went to my car and put my luggage in, I came back and told her that I would have appreciated a little more courtesy and concern on her part, first off I just spent 12 days in this hotel I couldn't even hold all my luggage,,, I mean a little more friendliness and courtesy would have been expected How was your stay? I missed my arrival into Aguascalientes thanks to flight issues (side PSA: don't fly United unless you really have to), and they graciously didn't charge me for my missed night.

Upon arriving, the staff was extremely friendly. I got a room on the top (7th) floor, which had quite a nice view. The entire hotel feels modern and sleek, and that definitely extends into the rooms and bathrooms, where the water pressure and temperature were great.

Breakfast had a diverse array of options, though the fruit were certainly past their prime.

The hotel is close half-way between the airport and the old town, so it was perfect for a one-night...

In general, I wouldn't come back. The number of staff personnel is kept to the minimum. I waited a long time before somebody took the phone. Upon arrival everything was ok but there was only one person but she was very busy. It's clear that the staff is doing its best to be friendly and do a good job though. Cleanness was the main problem. I choose the room with a bathtub but didn't use it. Before booking I was pictures of clients complaining about dirty walls and I unfortunately verified it.
