Very nice people at this Starbucks who were willing to help us even though our Spanish was not very good. They took their time, spoke English to us and we're overall excellent. Starbucks es una franquicia que tiene dos propósitos: servirte café y proporcionarte internet. Del primero, no me quejo. Del segundo, tengo que decir que es pésimo. PÉSIMO. Lo peor de todo es que uno invierte parte de su tiempo para venir a este lugar y disfrutar de un café mientras revisas información en línea. Llegas, tienes la suerte de encontrar un lugar, pagas más de cien pesos en un café con una galleta, y te acomodas plácidamente en un sillón. Pero cuando ya estás aquí y no hay internet; cuando ya estás aquí y el dependiente se muestra impotente y solo acierta a decir que “está raro que no haya red”; y cuando ya estás aquí y todo indica que no podrás hacer lo planeado te sientes mal, frustrado. Debo decir que esto no solo ocurre en este Starbucks, también pasa en Altaria. Ojalá los directivos salgan algo al respecto, porque es inaudito que en un café, no haya internet.
