Hotel Baja California — Hotel in Baja California Sur

None starts. one of the worst hotels ever. I never had such too bad experience as a guest in a Hotel of this class. In 3 days of staying, I had to move 4 times. The room has Bedbugs and fleas, and they are not allowed pets in the hotel but is full of cats, and the entire hotel smells of cat urine. The reception doesn't care if my TV hasn't signal Channels It was raining and the room ceiling had leaks dropping into my pillow. They refused to give me a payment receipt. So I discussed with the receptionist and I had to wait for him for 20mnts .. Then I told them, I was not going to pay for the room till he provided Proof of payment Then they locked my stuff and locked me out of the room...... They were so rude and disrespectful 😤 all the time. In 3 days no one came to clean the room no house kipper service. And the A/C was dirty and fealty. It was A nightmare staying in this hotel ....... I asked to talk to the manager or the owner's hotel and they said there was nobody available. It takes 72 hours for them to give me a payment receipt. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE INTENTIONS. TO STAYING IN THIS HOTEL A...

Horrible experiencia, no lo recomiendo por nada. Nos hospedamos el fin de semana con unos amigos y si deja mucho q desear, las habitaciones bastantes viejas y descuidadas, las sábanas y cubre almohadas super sucias y con manchas (ambas habitaciones estaban así) se le pide asistencia a los trabajadores y el recepcionista dice q eso no es su problema q el es solo un trabajador y que si no nos gusta nos podemos ir, nos cambian las sábanas por unas igual de feas, no te ponen amenidades como shampoos, jabón, etc, te ponen un dispensador de jabón de manos a cuebta gotas q es el mismo q el "shampoo" y por 1200 creo q lo menos es tener habitaciones con sábanas limpias. La verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. Hubiera preferido dormir en el coche q en ese hotel....

Excelente precio muy cómodo y amplio! Lo recomiendo al 100! Quiero contar mi experiencia a mi hijo se le olvido la cartera con todo su dinero del viaje y tarjetas salimos sin darnos cuenta fuimos a desayunar al malecón, nos tardamos y cuando salimos del restaurante se dio cuenta que la olvidó y regresamos al hotel habló con la recamarera y muy amable le dijo que la levanto y se la devolvió muy amable !! Es muy difícil encontrar una personita como ella tan honesta! No saben lo angustiados que estábamos por el INE para el vuelo de regreso! La recompenso y le agradeció muchooo! Felicidades por su personal Dios los bendiga...
