After some confusion with a double-booking rendered our reservation of the small beach apartment void, we were very kindly offered two nights in a tent at a much-reduced rate. ||Upon arrival we were very pleased with the setup. Though not thrilled with shared ablutions, we thought we’d kinda struck gold here; right on the beach, great sunrises guaranteed, small bar adjacent… things were looking good!||A few sunset cocktails and exactly one sunset later, apocalyptic thumping vibrated our tents, impossibly low frequencies jiggled organs and ear drums, our hearts strained to continue their natural rhythms, despite all external stimuli urging them to do otherwise. ||||A spasmodic, cacophonic concoction comprising:||- Previously-mentioned adjacent bar (least offensive, closes at 10PM)||- What we can only guess was a sub-sub woofer pickup truck enthusiast meet-up next door||- A sadistic disco||- An air horn attending singing lessons||||Ear plugs? No help. ||Noise-cancelling headphones? Not nearly good enough. ||Both? Hah! I laugh! No chance, buddy; you feel this in your bones! Your eyes bear witness to the absurd volume as your vision blurs!||||This dreadful, brutal, malevolent audio offensive comes in fits and starts until 3 or 4AM. ||Thereafter I slept really well, simply not long enough. ||||I would really have loved to rate this place higher, but we were relieved to have only spent two nights there. We actually looked briefly into alternative accommodation for the second night but assumed the previous evening’s chaos couldn’t possibly be repeated. ||||Haha. Sunday respite? I laugh again!||||I can only speak to our experience; 100% of the nights spent here were torture. ||||Otherwise lovely. Would...

We paid for a cabin and were told they were overbooked and given a tent! If you want to party all night and don't need sleep this would work for you. If you are accustomed to staying in a ghetto. Also will be good for you. The homeless people next door and under the bridge will make you feel at home. This is a bait and switch. Talking to friends in Cabo this place is known as being a trap We had the means to last minute book a resort rather than leave. Thank god we did. We turned this ladies horrible hosting and business ethics into one of the best vacations of our lives. Please read all the bad review. The theme is all the same. ...
Read moreI had a horrible experience... So bad that I literally flew into Cabo... Arrived and then left unable to get my money back. I didn't stay there longer than 45 minutes. Bathrooms are horrible... The showers are even worse... The BIGGEST issue of all though is its surroundings.
IT WAS NOT A GOOD VIBE or felt safe at all. The facility is surrounded by all kinds of sketchy activities... Google maps kind of shows the issue under the overpass by the entrance of the property but... That view is also at the beach. If you think you are going to hear the waves and have a peaceful experience... No... Expect to hear screaming and a DJ doing dance music next door to where you set your head. Avoid...
