Retro Burger Bar — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Another great spot to hang out for a drink or full dinner. We sat outside on the patio overlooking the busy street. Happy hour 2 for one Margaritas. Lol seems to be the theme here .. my girlfriend and i enjoyed the drinks while waiting for our hubbies to get done golf. And Tuesday Retro offers 30 wings for the price of 20. You can order different flavors for each 10 you get. They are decent size wings. We of course had lots of left over but they were delicious. We had the Salt and pepper with Buffalo sauce on th side, the Canadian Bacon (because we just had to try lol) and they were good. We also tries the habanero mango. Ohh HOT 🔥🥵 ones. And plain with hot sauce on the side. They offer side of blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce and carrots and celery. We made a reservation to get the table outside, but you could walk in and eat inside. Very clean restaurant the staff too was friendly and attentive. I watched the greeter clean each menu with disinfectant spray and dry individually before stacking back up to on the clean side. Everyone wearing masks properly lol not just on their chin 🤣. We were on 2 weeks vacations and went in for lunch. I had an Asian salad and my husband had a chicken burger and fries with a couple of Corona’s. Food was delicious, service was great. We ate on their outside patio

We enjoyed it so much the first time, we returned on our second week of vacation. See photos for what we had this time. Nice presentation, again, good service and both times their for happy hour…50% off drinks. Very big portions and very reasonably priced.

You do have to go up a lot of stairs to get to this restaurant, which maybe an issue for some. Lots of selections on the menu and many big screens to watch sporting events (a soccer game was on when we were there the second time). The restaurant & bathrooms are very clean & modern. What a great place! My new favorite bar in San Jose del Cabo. I'm down here with a party of 6 family members who all love NFL football. Retro is the perfect place to watch the games. The manager and the staff have been treating us so well (meaning tv's with sound for the games, and fast friendly service for our big group.) The food and drinks are absolutely on point.
