Costco Wholesale — Local services in Baja California

I haven't visited Costco Tijuana for sometime due to the crowded it gets. People is always frenzy for some reason I cannot understand. Parking seems like a war zone and it is an adventure to get an spot. We saw at least two situations close to become a fight just for an stupid parking space. Inside was not much better, people with harsh language and mean attitudes. I'm aware it is not Costco's fault but they need to make some kind of arrangements, schedules or policies to help improve and manage this situation. I love all Costco warehouses except for this one and the fact they have zero empathy toward disabled people my friend who is blind had to go in with her daughter and the person in the front door was completely rude and heartless and did not let her in with her daughter so her daughter could help her so her grocery shopping this made my stomach sick to know there is people like this out there heartless and with no empathy seriously!!
