I normally don't like to do this but I guess I have no other choice. This so called Hotel, 1st of all shouldn't be called a Hotel it is more like a Motel type of building. Motel 6 is way better looking than this one. Any way let me get to the story because that's what it is. They were a lot of things that I didn't like, Wi-Fi was very very slow/poor. The batteries to the TV remote didn't work, toilet paper had 1/8 of paper left, the lamp had a light bulb but didn't work. So I had to walk up to the lobby because the rooms don't have phones, the room I stayed at didn't have a phone to call and request new batteries or anything else I might need and the girl at the desk said maintenance was gone for the day she couldn't give me any batteries to go the next morning and ask for them. Woow like really all I wanted was 2 AA baterries for the remote. It was the 3rd day and still no batteries and Wi-Fi still very slow because the owner of the hotel which it should be consired a motel has the lowest afortable internet possible. I walked up to the lobby once more and this time there was 2 girls which they were very nice I complained about the first girl to them and one said yup that's the way she is she gives attitude to the customers woow for a coworker to say that, this means they knew who I was talking about. Any way the girl at the desk apperently change the batteries to the remote and the other girl was the one that worked in laundy and yes, she did say the Wi-Fi was very slow and of poor quality. I walked back to the room and to my surprise 😲 the remote didn't work. Woow! Like really what the heck! So I had to go old school and get up to change the channel and to lower/up the volume ect. Another thing I noticed was that if you want room service you have to walk up to the lobby remember the rooms don't have phones so you have to walk before 12pm and request room service like change your sheets, get toilet paper, bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you don't request it before 12pm sorry you don't get any service 🙄 but they do charge a deposit for the room just incase you trash it. What a joke of motel I mean hotel. I've never ever have experienced anything like this and I don't read the comments or reviews well guess what? From now on I will be reading everything even the small print. Honestly I am being truthful about my comment. If you are thinking of staying here and if you can go check them out before you stay. They are afortable but man you are paying to stay there it's not free so they should be more considerent to the customers. The bed was old a wire was poking out the mattress 🤔 it kinda smell and you don't get a remote to the heater, so the heater was On 24/7 ay night it was ok and warm but during the day I had to open the bathroom window and the room window. I'm guessing they are afraid someone is going to walk out with the heater remote. If that remote was there maybe I could of used the batteries for the TV remote 🤣 Sorry my review was too long but I needed to alert ⚠ you about this hotel....
Read moreI don't even know where to begin with this.....||||We went to Rosarito on a BDay celebration and as a group reserved 8 rooms. My husband & two kids arrived late Friday to find the room dirty. We got a room with two full size beds, sheets had stains and burned holes in them, one small throw-size pillows per bed, dried milk on the lamp table, white residue on all tables (lamp table & coffee table) which were probably drugs, half eaten food in trash cans, 1 dingy/brown towel in bathroom (I'm sure it was white at one point), bathroom sink/counter had dried up dirt as if someone with filthy hands wash their hands in them, closet doors were jammed, drawers were broken, small upholstered chair was dirty and stained, one toilet paper roll with only about 1/8th of toilet paper left on it, no shower head in the shower, toilet didn't flush and to top that all off NO RUNNING WATER THE WHOLE WEEKEND!!!!||At this point, we went to complain to the office and they refused to give any type of credit or discount on room. We paid $72 per night with a $20 deposit for room key. We had paid for the whole weekend upon check-in. This is probably why they only accept cash; had we paid by CC, I would have disputed the charge.||Another thing that was shady was when we were leaving and turning in our key & get our deposit back, the person "in charge" of the money mysteriously disappeared. We all had to wait for half an hour and by this time, my husband went looking for him on the premises and found him playing on his phone hidden under a shade tree. They were probably hoping that we got tired of waiting for him to show up and leave the $20 deposit with them.||I love my Mexican peeps (as I am Mexican myself) and always support my peoples but this is beyond ridiculous. Don't stay at this hotel. You'll regret every minute...
