HT Ole — Hotel in Baja California

Tijuana became a meeting point for our family gathering with a group of 29 people. The rooms were clean, in great conditions, the breakfast buffet was yummy and the personal were just Amazing!! The entire personal were very helpful, kind and went out of their way to assist our big group. Sunday was our checkout but our families departure wasnt til later in the day, the hotel was kind enough to hold on to our luggage until it was time to leave to the airport, and meanwhile, we continued exploring Tj without the hassle of carrying our luggage around.This hotel is close to a grocery store, mercadito, the soccer stadium, a casino and so many other great shops. For starters the hotel and staff are great but here is the issues in this hotel ||1- walls are paper thin , I literally was woken up 3 times because the person in the next room sneezed ? ||2- the Dogs next door in the private residence bark all night and with the paper thin walls you can here them all night ||3- there is no fitted sheet on the bed ||4- only thin blankets ||5- bed is hard ||6- pillows are cheep and non supportive ||7- iron hand black stuff that came out of it when used ||8- windows had hand prints all over them ||9- hair still in shower from previous guest ||10- bathroom is so small you literally can’t open the shower door and bathroom door or they hit . You can’t take any steps in the bathroom as you just walk in and turn into...

I booked on priceline and everything was as advertised. The staff were friendly and escorted us to the room to go over the amenities. Their TV had Netflix, great wifi, and uninterrupted hot water. Their buffet was small but with great choices so no complaints from us. They also had vegetarian options which my husband appreciated. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will hopefully come back again soon.

p.s. my only comment to the owners/managers would be to not allow smoking in the first floor if possible. I didn't get to see it but it was some sort of designated smoking area. A little bit of smoke made it's way up...
